Science and Arts are now on Microsoft Office 365. Follow the steps below to set up and access your email.
Visit usao.onelogin.com
Enter your Science & Arts email address and your initial Science & Arts OneLogin password and click Log In.
Read and agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. The “I agree” button will allow you to scroll through the entire policy and click on it.
In the “Current Password” field, enter “Usao.Edu@…“. The initial password you just logged in to. Create a new complex password (see below for details on this).
Set up and answer your account security questions.
If successful, you will be returned to the OneLogin login screen. You don’t need to login again, but you can just to verify that your credentials are working properly.
If you are a freshman, you will be granted access to OneLogin after you have been accepted into the Science and Arts.

Initial/Provisional Password: Usao.Edu@ (case-sensitive) followed by your date of birth (8-digit, in MMDDY format).
If you were born on December 03, 2017, your initial Science & Arts OneLogin password would be Usao.Edu@12032017.
After logging in, you will need to update your password. Changes can take up to an hour to sync across systems.

For Student ID Card
Your first student ID (Drover Card) is free and any replacements will cost $25 each. Payment for replacement must first be made at the business office. To obtain your new student ID, bring your receipt to Student Services.Use your student ID to check Nash Library books, receive student discounts at participating locations, receive transcript/trimester grades, work-study paychecks, and get free admission to certain campus programs.
